Mid-America Trucking Show

TRU-BALANCE would like to thank everyone for making this year's MATS show one of our best ever.  

As many of you know, we are located in Colorado and if you know anything about Colorado, you know the weather can change in an instant.  That was the case for us this year.  A last minute spring blizzard closed the Denver airport so we were unable to get out on Wednesday.  After a few more flight cancellations and some desperate calls to the airlines, we were able to fly into Chicago and catch a connecting flight to Cincinnati.  From Cincinnati we rented a van and all piled in and drove to Louisville in the middle of a thunderstorm and rush hour traffic.  We finally made it into Louisville on Thursday night at 7:00 pm after leaving Colorado at 6:00 am.  

We missed the entire first day of the show and we know there were many of you that came by our booth on Thursday to see us.  We just wanted to say how sorry we are that we missed you.  Hopefully from now on mother nature will cooperate with our show schedule and that will not happen again.  If you are one of the people that we missed on Thursday, please give us a call and we will be happy to go over any questions on our products.  We will also extend our show special of free shipping to you until the 15th of May.  Just be sure to mention that you missed us at the show.  

Also, we were unable to get any pictures of the show this year as we were so busy at our booth trying to make up for the day we lost.  There were amazing things to see this year at the show and the trucks were unbelievable.  Congratulations go out AGAIN to our great friends at Outlaw Customs for winning the People's Choice award for best show truck.  They always seem to be one step ahead in their designs and it always seem to pay off for them.  Congratulations again guys!!!

Thanks again to everyone that stopped by and saw us this year.   Our booth was constantly filled with people and many of you had to wait patiently for one of us to free up to talk to you.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  You guys are the best!!

The Great American Trucking Show

Tire vibration is one of the most common complaints today for fleets as well as the owner-operator.  Tire vibration causes wear and tear on the truck, increased fuel consumption, uneven tire wear and increased tire maintenance.  In short, tire vibration can cost you thousands of dollars annually.

One of the most overlooked reasons for this vibration is proper wheel centering.  With hub-piloted wheels, the weight of the wheel rests on the top pilots creating a gap on the bottom pilots. A small gap the size of a business card can create an "egg-shaped" motion upon rotation.  This uneven motion causes tire vibration and uneven tire wear that balancing alone can't correct.  The bottom line is you can't balance an egg.

The TRU-BALANCE products were designed to bypass the hub-pilots and center the wheels back to the wheel studs, which is the true center of the wheel. Once the wheels are properly centered, the result is increased tire life, increased fuel mileage and the smoothest ride possible, PERIOD!
